General shipping conditions

If you cannot find your country in the shipping information, please let us know by email. We make shipping possible.

ATTENTION: If you order individual quantities over 1300 mm and a total weight of the order is less than 50 kg, we may ask you for additional payment. Technically we cannot calculate this type of shipping for the shop.

We deliver with various parcel services.

Depending on the length and quantity, as well as the weight, you will receive your order as a package, on a pallet, mesh box or similar. The choice is ours.

From approx. 50 kg we tend to ship with a freight forwarder. The respective delivery will be left at its delivery location.

The freight forwarder is required to notify you by telephone before delivery.

The delivery time begins 2 days after the order date or after receipt of payment. Delivery takes 2-4 working days for parcel services and 3-5 days for domestic shipping companies.-

To the remaining countries it usually takes 3-6 parcel service and 3-10 days shipping, this also depends on the distance.

The delivery time always refers to working days, weekends and public holidays are included.

In principle, goods can only be returned after consultation.

If this does not happen, all costs will be borne by the person who initiated the return. If we agree to the return, we will determine how the goods will be returned. As a rule, we arrange for collection.

If we are not responsible for the return, all return freight costs will be borne by the return sender. In general, storage costs, disposal, etc. are 20% of the value of the goods. This will be offset against our credit.

The customer will not be reimbursed for goods returned damaged.
